The Plot:
It's just your typical day in the world. Nothing new really. That is, until Israel is suddenly attacked by the Russians and their hope is dim. It appears that this will be the end of them. When their enemy seemingly is defeated in the blink of an eye, a question arises. "A coincidence, or an act of God?" The question is debated by many, but an agreement is never reached between everyone. Meanwhile, in Romania, a young politician begins gaining ground. Although he started as a member of the lower parliament, he suddenly jumps to president, something many are grateful for. Everyone seems to like him, and, as the shock from the war in Israel calms, all seems well again. Little did the world know, perhaps the greatest event of all time was going to take place. In the blink of an eye, millions vanish from the face of the planet, with nothing remaining of them except their clothes. In that instant, everything becomes chaos. Phone lines and transportation services are jammed as everyone hurries to contact their family and friends to see if they are among the missing. A great number end up dead, as well, due to crashing planes and cars where the operator had disappeared. On earth, it seems things can't possibly get worse. Among the people that were not taken, everyone wonders what happened, though some think they know. Most suspect aliens, advanced military weaponry, and several other unlikely causes. No answer seems to make sense. Whilst most of the world argues about the cause and looks for the missing, some believe they know the answer. Those that had heard of the great Rapture in the book of Revelations from the Bible are afraid to face the only think that makes sense; the only truth. Those that were taken have entered eternal paradise, due to their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. And the rest, those who chose not to believe in the only true God, have been left behind. It's not too late for them to change their ways and put their trust in Jesus the Nazarene, but they have little time before great plagues and terrible things begin to happen. What will you choose? Christianity means eternal life. All other choices mean eternal torment, known as the second death. You can't serve two masters. You must pick one only. Worldly possessions, or heavenly treasures. Which will you serve? It seems you are Torn.....
